BiltzCore — Privacy Policy Last updated: 15 October 2026 This policy explains how BILTZENTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("BiltzCore", "we"), #3 Dwarakamai Apex Villas-II, Kannamangala, Bangalore 560067, handles personal data. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. 1. Two kinds of data (a) Account data — about the gym and its users: names, email addresses, phone numbers, business and billing details (address, GSTIN), and login activity. (b) Gym data — what the gym enters about its members, leads, staff and sales. For this data the gym decides what is collected and why; we process it on the gym's behalf and only on its instructions. 2. Why we use account data To create and run your account, take payments and issue invoices, send service emails (invites, password resets, payment reminders), give support, keep the service secure, and meet legal and tax duties. 3. Payments Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page and are never stored by us. We keep payment references, amounts and dates, and any transfer receipts you upload. 4. Who we share data with Only service providers needed to run BiltzCore, under confidentiality: hosting and database (Supabase, Cloudflare), payments (Razorpay), and email delivery. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. 5. Where data is stored Data is stored on servers in India (Mumbai region) and may pass through our providers' global networks while in transit. 6. Security Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, each gym can see only its own data, and backups are encrypted. 7. How long we keep data Account and gym data is kept while the account exists, including after a cancellation, so you can come back. A gym can ask us to delete its data at contact@biltzcore.com. Invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years as required by tax law. 8. Your rights You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@biltzcore.com. Members of a gym should contact their gym first, since the gym controls that data; we will help the gym respond. 9. Cookies We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and the app working. No advertising or tracking cookies. 10. Children BiltzCore is for businesses. Gyms that store details of members under 18 are responsible for getting a parent's or guardian's consent. 11. Changes We will post updates here and tell account owners about material changes. 12.
