BiltzSaas is gym management software for India: leads and follow-ups, memberships, personal training, product sales, cash, staff, bonus, documents and reports in one app — for one gym or many centers.

Sign up with your gym's details and we email you a link to set your password. You then get every feature free for 15 days — no card needed. When you're ready, pick a plan from Settings → Billing & Plan; everything you added during the trial stays.

The app pauses until you subscribe. None of your data is deleted: choose a plan from Billing & Plan and you carry on where you left off.

By AutoPay with UPI or card, every 1, 6 or 12 months — 6 and 12 months cost less per month. Prices are per gym per month, plus 18% GST.

Yes. An upgrade applies straight away and you pay only the difference for the rest of your paid period; a downgrade turns what is left into extra days. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your data is kept.

Yes. Each plan includes a number of centers (see the plan comparison). Switch between centers from the top bar; each staff member sees only the centers they work at.

Yes. Give each person a role — admin, manager, sales executive, trainer, view-only or partner — and choose in Settings → Access Control which pages each role can open.

Yes. Import leads, membership sales, PT sales, expenses and announcements from Excel with our ready-made templates (Settings → Data Import).

Yes. Every membership, PT and product sale gets a GST invoice (or a receipt, if your gym has no GSTIN) in your gym's name, which you can print, save as PDF or send on WhatsApp.

Your gym's data and files are private to your gym: only your staff can see them, and only what their role allows. Your data is backed up every night, encrypted.

Yes. It works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer — nothing to install.
